Because HiFlyte products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products for change-of-mind reasons. However, we stand behind every can we ship.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email patrick@drinkhiflyte.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for: opened products, products purchased more than 14 days ago, products damaged through customer misuse, or orders refused at delivery for non-damage reasons.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Shipping to Restricted States
If an order is placed for shipment to a state where HiFlyte products cannot legally be sold, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination and order size. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8 flat rate. Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Where We Ship
HiFlyte ships only to U.S. addresses in states where the sale and possession of hemp-derived delta-9 THC products is legal. Restricted states include but are not limited to: Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, and others. Our shopping cart will indicate at checkout whether your address is eligible.
Age Verification

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or other customer-side issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the product cost minus original shipping.

What is HiFlyte?
HiFlyte is a hemp-derived THC sparkling seltzer crafted for the fairway and beyond. It's a low-calorie, alcohol-free alternative to a beer at the turn — federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Will it get me high?
Our 2mg cans deliver a light, social buzz — comparable to a glass of wine. Our 4mg cans deliver a stronger effect — comparable to a couple of drinks. Effects vary by individual based on body weight, tolerance, and whether you've eaten. Start low, go slow.
How long do effects last?
Effects typically begin within 15-45 minutes and last 2-4 hours. Drink one, wait, then decide if you want another.
Is HiFlyte legal?

Will I fail a drug test?

How is HiFlyte different from CBD seltzer?
CBD is non-intoxicating. HiFlyte contains active delta-9 THC, which is psychoactive. CBD seltzers don't get you buzzed. HiFlyte does.

What's the difference between 2mg and 4mg?
Both are low-dose by cannabis standards. The 2mg is great for first-timers, daytime use, or stretching out a session over a round of golf. The 4mg is for after the round or when you want a more pronounced effect.
Can I drink HiFlyte with alcohol?
We don't recommend it. Combining THC and alcohol can amplify effects unpredictably. If you do, drink responsibly and never drive.
How do I store HiFlyte?
Keep cool and out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate before serving for best taste.
